Maryam Shokrollahi completed her PhD at the Laboratory of Ilyass Tabiai (ilylabs), co-supervised by Prof. Martine Dubé. Her research focused on the mechanical performance of parts produced by material extrusion additive manufacturing (FFF/FDM), with a particular emphasis on understanding the roles of extrudate geometry and interface bonding in driving anisotropy. Her work challenges conventional assumptions in 3D printing process design and was published in the Journal of Manufacturing Processes (2025).
